GBFAST.co.uk Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at GBFAST.co.uk. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Eligibility:

  • You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Return Process:

  2. Clearly mark the RA number on the original packaging.
  3. Securely pack the item(s) and include a copy of your original invoice.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided in your RA email.

Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
